Gourmet Waffle Burger Company-have teamed up with 3 national charities to offer an inclusive and supportive environment to people that have had to overcome illness, disability or hardship,
Gourmet Waffle Burger Company- is dedicated to empowering disadvantaged and vulnerable individuals by offering them the opportunity to work with us. Gourmet Waffle Burger Company-have teamed up with 3 national charities to offer an inclusive and supportive environment to people that have had to overcome illness, disability or hardship, to get back into the workforce. We work with our guest member 3 months prior to the festival date to allow for training. Guest members are chosen close to the location of the festival so bringing direct benefit to the community that we serve. By providing this opportunity and benefits packages (designed in conjunction with the charity)we hope to create a first step to a better way of life.
